WHO’S BEHIND THE STRATEGY
I’m Victoria.
A marketing consultant with an economics background and hands-on experience in the German market.
I help Ukrainian entrepreneurs in Germany get so clear on who they are that clients choose them before the first conversation even happens. No algorithm secrets, no promises of going viral. Just clear positioning, buyer psychology, and a system you can actually keep up with.

My story
My path
“Where’s the money in this?” — the question I still ask every content strategy.
I’m an economist by training: a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship, recognized in Germany. My studies taught me to think in numbers, build business models, and always ask, “Where’s the money in this?” I still ask every content strategy the same question.
I started working while still a student, in the service industry, first in Ukraine, then at an American international company. Those years paid for my first apartment and let me see the world I’d always dreamed of.
Then came motherhood, the war, and the move to Germany. Starting over, in a new country.
I began the way everyone does: with the language. Today I speak German at C1 level. Alongside that, I earned my Meta certification and took on my first project, social media for a small local business. Over three months in 2025, its monthly reach grew from around 6,000 to 330,000. That’s when it clicked: people don’t buy a pretty picture, they buy a sense of belonging, to a brand, a product, a community.
From there, things moved fast:
- 2024: UC Davis specializations in SEO and content marketing
- From April 2025: marketing and events at the Gründerzentrum, Hochschule Landshut
- 2026: over 1,000 hours of training in the “Digital-Marketing-Manager” program
- June 2026: launched my own practice as a Freiberuflerin
Today I work across different niches, from app-based startups to local service businesses.
That’s why I bring together three things you don’t often find in one place: economic thinking, up-to-date German digital marketing standards, and a real understanding of what it takes to build something from scratch in a foreign country. Nobody needs to explain to me what it’s like to start here with no connections and no built-in client base, or why what worked back home suddenly doesn’t work here.

What I do best
Where I’m strong
01
Numbers, not likes.
I work out what a client actually costs you and what part of your marketing genuinely pays off. Reach feels good, but bookings and payments are what make a business.
02
Buyer psychology.
I don’t write “sales copy.” I figure out why someone hesitates, and remove that reason.
03
The German market, from the inside.
Trust builds more slowly here, and reviews and reputation carry more weight. I work inside the German startup ecosystem and speak Ukrainian, German, and English.
04
AI that saves time, not your voice.
I set up automations (Make, Zapier) so content stops eating your evenings. Your voice stays yours.
My principles
What I believe
Clarity first, content second.
If you can’t say what sets you apart in one sentence, no Reel is going to fix that.
Honesty over promises.
I won’t promise a million views. I’ll promise you’ll understand exactly what isn’t working, and why.
Marketing has to fit real life.
I’m building my own business alongside a job and raising a kid, so I don’t recommend systems that need 40 hours a week.
Love what you do — and everyone will feel it.

Marketing in my Backpack
Jeans, sneakers, coffee to go, and a laptop in my backpack. Travel is my passion: new places, new people, new experiences. It’s on the road that my imagination switches on and my best ideas show up. To me, travel isn’t tourism, it’s a way of seeing things from a different angle.
That’s how Marketing in my Backpack came about, part of my blog where I share quick tips and small practical resources. The kind you can read on the road and put to use the very next day.
Let’s start with 15 minutes.
Tell me about your situation, I’ll ask one or two key questions, and together we’ll figure out which format fits you best. No pressure.
